Clean Up & Debris Removal

Complete cleanup and removal of debris from the crawlspace, with offsite disposal.
Remove Bad Insulation & Replace with New Insulation — up to 4 bundles

Remove deteriorated insulation and replace with new insulation (up to 4 bundles, supplied by Tidewater Home Improvement). All existing insulation repinned and rehung throughout the crawlspace.
Vapor Barrier 6-mil White — 2,749 SF

Remove the existing vapor barrier and install a new 6-mil white vapor barrier over the entire crawlspace floor.
Shim Piers As Needed

Shim crawlspace piers as needed to stabilize support points.
Pier Repair — 1 concrete pier

Repair of one concrete pier in the crawlspace.
General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined responsibilities and scope of work.

Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not included unless agreed in writing.

Structural excluded: additional pier/joist/beam repairs beyond the one pier repair and shimming listed, subfloor sheet replacement, engineering, foundation modifications.

Owner supplies: none required.

Contractor supplies: 6-mil white vapor barrier, replacement insulation (up to 4 bundles), shims, pier repair materials, cleanup materials.

Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.

Warranty: 12 months workmanship.
